Certification Courses for Wisconsin Food Safety
Wisconsin requires each retail food establishment to have a Certified Food Manager. The PSCC Food Safety for Manager Course provides the training you need to fulfill this requirement. This course has been written to the FDA Food Code and will prepare you to take any of the three exams accredited by ANSI and the Conference on Food Protection (CFP). The PSCC Food Safety for Managers course contains the detailed instructions you will need to register for your proctored food manager certification exam. The exam is administered by a national organization and the fees for the exam are not included in the course.Your city or county may have requirements that exceed those in the State Food Code. It is important to check for any additional local requirements.

RECERTIFICATION APPROVAL
PSCC offers a re-certification course that has been approved by the WI Division of Public Health. An existing food managers who's certification has not expired can take this course. Upon completion, they can file their PSCC Certificate of Completion with their renewal application and their Food Manager Certification will be extended for another 3 years.
