Certification Courses for New Mexico Food Safety
New Mexico does not require Food Manager Certification at this time. Cities and counties often have additional food manager certification requirements. It is important to know what is required in your area. And - as you may have already found out - some employers require food manager certification as wellThe PSCC Food Safety for Managers course has been written to the FDA Food Code and will prepare you to take any of the three exams approved by ANSI and the Conference on Food Protection (CFP). The PSCC Food Safety for Managers course contains the detailed instructions you will need to register for your proctored food manager certification exam. The exam is administered by a national organization and the fees for the exam are not included in the course.
