The Maryland alcohol server / seller course material can be completed online; however, you are required to complete a proctored test, which means you have to have someone supervise you while you take the test to validate your identity and verify that you complete the test without using any notes or reference materials. The proctor will charge you a fee of $25 to $35.

Approved proctors are located in Rockville, Fairmount Heights and Glen Burnie.

After you complete the course material online for Maryland alcohol server / seller training, you will be given the contact information for the approved proctor to schedule a time to take the test. The proctor will give you access to the test, which will take about half an hour. Once you complete the test, you will be able to print your Maryland alcohol server / seller certificate of completion for the course.

Obtaining a Service Permit in Oregon is a TWO STEP Process:

1. Complete an approved training course, such as PSCC's OR Responsible Serving course.

2. Apply directly to the OLCC for a service permit. Visit the OLCC website to download a service permit application. This application must be completed prior to the first day that you mix, sell or serve alcohol and mailed with the $23.00 permit fee to the OLCC by end of the next business day.

The PSCC OR Responsible Serving Course has been approved by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission and fulfills the training requirement for obtaining an alcohol service permit. You MUST also submit a Service Permit Application to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission. Upon successful completion of the exam at the end of the course and submitting your permit application, you will receive your official alcohol service permit from the OLCC.

NOTE: If you work in a grocery store or another off-premises establishment and part of your duties involve filling growlers, you need a valid Alcohol Service Permit. Complete these two steps to obtain your permit.

 Washington MAST Responsible Serving Approvals

Upon successful completion of this Washington approved alcohol server / seller training course and the final exam, each student will be mailed his or her official MAST permit for the State of Washington. Washington State requires an official alcohol server / seller certification wallet size card, which will be mailed to you after you successfully complete this approved online Washington MAST course.

If you are age 21 or over, you will receive a Class 12 permit for Washington alcohol servers and sellers, which certifies you to draw alcohol from taps and mix drinks and/or manage a retail licensed premises in the State of Washington to sell alcohol for consumption on the premises.

If you are between ages 18 and 21, you will receive a Class 13 permit for Washington State, which certifies you to take alcohol orders, carry alcohol to customers and pour alcohol into a customer's glass at the customer's table in an establishment for on-premise consumption.

If you turn 21 after you have taken our course, contact us and we will mail you your Class 12 permit. This permit will have the same expiration date as your Class 13 permit and can only be obtained through Rserving if you received your Class 13 permit from PSCC.
